Job summary

SafeSplash Lake Ronkonkoma is seeking a Customer Care Associate to warmly welcome families and support front desk operations. You will handle inquiries, give tours, assist with daily opening/closing, and collaborate with instructors to maintain a safe, high-energy learning environment.

Must be comfortable around water and with children; CPR/First Aid/AED training provided after hire. This on-site, part-time role includes paid training, flexible hours, and benefits for 30+ hours per week when

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working around water with children and parents.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties including Terms & Conditions processing and attendance tracking.
Answer incoming calls and return messages promptly.
Maintain accurate attendance records and assist with front desk, lobby, and facilities.
Greet customers warmly, conduct tours, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
De-escalate issues and engage with parents about progress and opportunities.
