Puttshack is seeking friendly, energetic servers for our Scottsdale location to deliver an elevated guest experience. You greet guests, take orders, upsell, and maintain knowledge of menu, safety, and alcohol guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS devices.
• Strong emotional intelligence and focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages and multitasking in a busy environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide efficient, friendly service to tables.
• Take accurate orders, answer questions about the menu, and follow service steps.
• Understand allergy procedures and special orders; follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain pace ensuring timely delivery of orders and bussing tables.
• Complete opening/closing duties and assist with side-work as assigned.
• Exhibit teamwork and participate in alcohol awareness training.
