Puttshack USA in Chicago way? Note: This location is for guests in Atlanta. We are seeking a hospitality-minded Server to greet guests, build rapport, and ensure a memorable dining experience with fun, energy, and teamwork.

You’ll embody a vibe that combines great food, technology, and service in a dynamic setting. As a server, you will contribute to guest satisfaction, master multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and participate in ongoing training, including alcohol awareness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to apply.
• Experience serving in a high-volume restaurant with POS devices.
• Strong emotional intelligence and guest-satisfaction focus.
• Ability to obtain required licenses/certifications for your location.
• Experience transporting food/beverage safely.
• Ability to multitask with urgency in a busy environment.
• Clear communication to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to tables and sections.
• Greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Ensure timely delivery of all orders and bus/ reset tables.
• Maintain safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate as a team and support opening/closing duties.
