Foodland Farms Pearl City is seeking Line Cooks to join the culinary team. The role requires high energy, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Cooks will prepare and cook fresh, high-quality foods reflecting Hawai‘i's diverse food culture while upholding safety and consistency.

On-island candidates only, relocation not provided. Both full-time (40 hours) and part-time (24+ hours) positions are available, with priority given to candidates with open availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knife skills and basic cooking techniques required.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food preparation methods, and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and standardized procedures.
• TB Clearance required (or ability to obtain prior to employment).

Responsabilités

• Preparing ingredients and/or cooking menu items from prepped ingredients.
• Consistent execution of standardized recipes.
• Observe and enforce company standard operating procedures.
• Ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Supporting prep duties as necessary.
