Foodland Farms Pearl City is seeking a Lead Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef, oversee line operations, and ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and SOPs in a high-volume kitchen.

Strong knife and cooking skills, prior culinary management, and a recent TB clearance are required. Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred. This position is full-time and on-site at Pearl City, HI.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or equivalent.
• Prior management experience in a culinary position in a high-volume food service establishment.
• Knife and cooking skills required.
• Must have recent TB Clearance.
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements

Aufgaben

• Supporting and assisting both the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in daily operations of the kitchen.
• Oversight of all kitchen needs in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef.
• When working the line, management authority over the line staff (includes line cooks, prep cooks, and utility/dishwashers).
• Observe and enforce company standard operating procedures.
• Ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Assistance with management of culinary staff
