Job summary

Kahala Mkt. by Foodland on Hawai'i is seeking Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. We are looking for energetic, creative professionals who are passionate about food and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Prep Cooks must have knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and the ability to follow recipes and procedures. Candidates should be 18+ with a high school education (or equivalent) and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knife skills and basic cooking techniques required.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food preparation methods, and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and standardized procedures.
• TB Clearance required (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements.

Responsibilities
