• Line cook during meal periods under chefs’ supervision.
• Daily preparation of ingredients for regular menu and specials.
• Plate dishes to chef specifications.
• Monitor inventory and inform chef when items need to be ordered.
• Keep station organized and clean; rotate prep as required.
• Assist during busy service and maintain proper food storage.
