Atrium Hospitality is seeking a full-time Line Cook in Greenville, SC to prepare ingredients and cook menu items across restaurant and banquet operations. You will set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation and follow food handling and storage procedures.

We value teamwork and a strong work ethic; active Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain one soon after hire is required, with the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Active Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain one shortly after hire).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items using a variety of techniques and equipment.
• Recreate dishes with consistency and care across restaurant and banquet operations.
• Set up and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitization, and storage procedures.
• Help minimize food waste and ensure the quality of all ingredients used.
