Copper River Grill is seeking a focused Line Cook to join our back-of-house team in Greer, SC. You will cook dishes to ensure guests enjoy quality meals in a fast-paced, lively setting.

As part of a high-volume kitchen, you’ll follow recipes, manage tickets, and work with the grill, fry, sauté, and salad stations while maintaining safety and presentation standards. • Previous line cook experience in a high-volume casual setting.
• Familiarity with grill, fry, sauté, or salad stations.
• Strong time-management and ability to multitask.
• Basic math for portion control and ticket timing.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items following standard recipes with accuracy.
• Read and fulfill guest tickets using kitchen displays or rails.
• Operate kitchen equipment efficiently while maintaining safety.
• Stock stations and manage food items to support speed.
• Set up, break down, and sanitize line stations and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the kitchen.
