Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort in Oregon is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations across the bar, dining areas, pool deck, and outdoor seating. You will support the Restaurant Manager and serve as the lead contact when they are away, ensuring service excellence and daily smooth operations.

The role emphasizes guest-focused service, staff supervision, onboarding, and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in difficult situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer applications and POS systems.
• Must hold OLCC Alcohol Service Permit and Oregon Food Handler's Card.
• Must pass Coquille Gaming Commission background check and stay drug-free.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations during shifts, delivering guest-focused service.
• Supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff for smooth service.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Coordinate with hotel, sales, kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.
• Support event promotions, banquets, and staffing as directed by management.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
