At Ko-Kwel Casino Resort, every Guest deserves an engaging, seamless, and high-energy dining experience. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you support the Restaurant Manager by leading front-of-house operations and ensuring exceptional service across the bar, dining areas, pool deck, and outdoor seating. Through strong on-shift leadership, clear communication, and attention to service standards, you help create a welcoming environment for both Guests and Team Members. When the Restaurant Manager is not present, you serve as the lead point of contact, ensuring daily operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Must be able to spend up to 90% of the shift standing, walking, reaching, or moving.
