Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort Medford is looking for hospitality team members to provide friendly service and support the gaming and dining areas. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver meals with poise. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and teamwork in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• Previous food and/or beverage experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• OLCC permit and food handlers card or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with hospitality and provide professional service.
• Guide guests through menus and deliver items with tray service.
• Assist with opening and closing side work to ensure smooth shifts.
• Keep the dining area safe, clean, and welcoming.
