Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort in Oregon's southern coast region seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations across the bar, dining areas, pool deck, and outdoor seating. You will serve as the on-shift lead, delivering energetic, guest-focused service and maintaining brand standards.

Role involves supervising servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff, onboarding new team members, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay professional in difficult situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in fundamental computer applications and POS systems.
• OLCC Alcohol Service Permit and Oregon Food Handler's Card required.
• Must pass and remain in compliance with background check and policy requirements.
• Occasional travel may be required for training or support.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts, delivering high-quality, guest-focused service.
• Supervise Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Support Staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with onboarding and training new Team Members while reinforcing standards.
• Complete opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures accurately during shifts.
• Support on-site promotions, events, and marketing initiatives as directed.
• Engage with Guests to build loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with Hotel Front Office, Sales, Kitchen, and other departments as needed.
• Assist with inventory and communicate supply needs to Management.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand-standard service across all guest areas.
