Responsibilities

• Set up expo window area according to Nelson’s standards.
• Take instruction from the Chef working the line.
• Ensure items are delivered and prepared per guest specifications.
• Maintain consistency of food item presentation.
• Keep the restaurant organized and clean.
• Set up trash cans, plates, utensils, and to-go containers at start of shift.
• Bus tables and transport soiled items to kitchen bins.
• Return full bus tubs to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service ware.
• Set up heat lamps or umbrellas per guest request.
• Complete closing duties and restock items.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests per company standards.
• Anticipate and address guest service needs.
• Speak clearly and professionally with team and guests.
• Adhere to quality expectations and standards.
• Lift and move items up to 20 pounds as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
• Be responsible for cleanliness of work area and property.
