Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a high-volume or upscale restaurant.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Able to multitask effectively and work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance; stand for shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Confirm accuracy of orders before serving to guests.
• Relay special requests or modifications to kitchen staff.
• Maintain food/menu knowledge and assist with related inquiries.
• Help servers and bussers with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Keep workstation clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Complete daily side work as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards.
