Job summary

Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes is seeking a friendly and attentive server to greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and check on guest satisfaction.

You will use the freedom to go beyond to turn guest interactions into moments of magic, share recommendations, handle allergies, and communicate with the culinary team to ensure accurate orders. Base pay starts at $16.90/hour plus tips; eligible for paid time off, sick time, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy helping guests and providing excellent service.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Experienced in fast-paced dining environments.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically welcome our guests into the restaurant
• Share your knowledge and recommendations of the food & beverage menus to our guests
• Utilize the freedom to go beyond and take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty
• Create memorable experiences with your welcoming personality by genuinely relating to guests and associates
