DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a Teammate – Endzone & Loyalty to deliver fast, friendly, accurate checkout experiences and support athlete engagement in loyalty programs.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and uphold merchandising standards to maintain an inviting store environment. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and offers a comprehensive benefits package with typical paid leave in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers and proactively assisting with shopping needs
• Follow merchandising standards and signage changes
• Promote loyalty programs and enroll customers in warranty/credit options
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs, including relevant regulations
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome
• Assist with additional tasks as needed
