Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus familiarity with Intune, MECM, JAMF, and scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with endpoint management platforms and security controls is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support endpoint management platforms (Intune, MECM, JAMF).
• Maintain secure endpoint configurations via GPO, Intune, and JAMF.
• Manage endpoint privilege management solutions for least-privilege security.
• Administer critical infrastructure services (file, print, license servers).
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex issues.
• Develop scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor junior staff as needed.
