Job summary

The University of South Carolina’s College of Nursing Information Technology team seeks a Senior IT Support Administrator to manage Windows and macOS endpoints, oversee Intune and Jamf, and provide frontline and escalated technical support to faculty, staff, and students. You will collaborate across departments, implement enterprise policies, and contribute to classroom AV and livestreaming projects.

Requires job related accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program and 4 or more years of job related experience.

Responsibilities

Systems Administration & Endpoint Management: administers Intune, Jamf, AD, Group Policy and related technologies.
Frontline and advanced technical support to faculty, staff, and students across College locations.
Classroom, AV, conferencing and livestreaming technology support for events and classes.
Technical leadership, projects and team support within the College IT team.
Document solutions, procedures, and recurring issues for consistent service delivery.
