Job summary

SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking a Manager of Endpoint Management to lead the team responsible for all endpoint devices across Windows, Apple, and Android platforms. The role delivers advanced troubleshooting, participates in strategic IMT decisions, and drives new technology implementations and workflow optimization.

The position reports to the IMT-Customer Support Services department and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 4+ years' experience supporting Windows, macOS/iOS, and Android.
• Or an Associate's degree in STEM with 6 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team responsible for endpoint device management and administration.
• Ensure high service delivery standards across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Participate in strategic decisions for the IMT-Customer Support Services department.
• Drive implementation of new technologies and optimized workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
