Job summary

OutSystems is seeking an Endpoint Specialist to oversee secure Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices across the organization. You’ll manage Intune, Entra ID, and Defender for Endpoint while collaborating with IT, security, and support teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.

This role emphasizes automation, policy design, and continuous improvement to balance usability with security in a modern hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

Experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including conditional access.
Experience with Windows and macOS endpoint administration.
Familiarity with Android and iOS MDM.
Experience with Defender for Endpoint.
Understanding of modern device management concepts.
Scripting or automation experience.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain corporate Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune.
Support BYOD/personal mobile devices (Android and iOS) using mobile application management (MAM) and conditional access strategies.
Design, implement, and optimize device compliance, configuration profiles, update rings, security baselines, and application deployment policies.
Manage lifecycle processes, including provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and device refresh.
Work closely with security teams to strengthen endpoint security posture while preserving a positive user experience.
Assist with vulnerability remediation, device risk management, and security hardening initiatives.
