Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training, certifications, or experience.
• Three+ years in endpoint administration, desktop engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in higher education, research, or classroom environments preferred.
• Knowledge of endpoint management, provisioning, and patch management.
• Automation experience with PowerShell or shell scripting is desired.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows and macOS endpoint environments using enterprise management and software distribution platforms.
• Develop and maintain provisioning, imaging/enrollment, configuration, deployment, scripting, and automation workflows.
• Package, deploy, update, and troubleshoot OS and applications; manage patching and security controls.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues across hardware, OS, software, identity, network, and security domains.
• Collaborate with faculty to translate curricular requirements into technical solutions and coordinate changes with academic calendars.
• Maintain documentation and inventory; support specialized or shared-use endpoints and digital signage.
