Job summary

The incumbent provides Tier 2 support, maintains licensing, coordinates hardware rollouts, and collaborates with MIS on standards and procurement planning. Strong imaging and deployment skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or related field.
• Training or equivalent experience in computer networking systems.
• Experience in an educational setting.
• Experience with client-server architecture in a Windows domain environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, and related solutions.
• Administer software updates and patches across campus endpoints in coordination with university security standards.
• Manage and maintain integrations between desktop/endpoint systems and university platforms.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for software, systems, and integration issues per SLAs.
• Log, track, and resolve all support work through ticketing system with explicit SLA accountability.
• Coordinate procurement of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related technology assets.

Education

Associate's degree in computer science or related field
