Job summary

You will handle provisioning, imaging, deployment, patching, security, and automation within a small, collaborative team.

You will partner with faculty and academic departments, document configurations, and provide hands-on support on campus with emphasis on reliability, cross-training, and timely incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and relevant professional experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience in endpoint administration, desktop engineering, or similar environments.
• Experience administering endpoints in higher education or academic environments.
• Knowledge of provisioning, patch management, and software deployment.
• Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell or shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows and macOS endpoint environments using enterprise tools.
• Develop and maintain endpoint provisioning, imaging, enrollment, and automation workflows.
• Package, deploy, update, and troubleshoot OS and applications; manage patching and security.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues across hardware, OS, apps, and networks.
• Collaborate with faculty and departments to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain configurations for labs, signage, Zoom Rooms, and specialized equipment.
• Plan lifecycle activities and maintain inventory and documentation.
• Provide escalation support and cross-training within a small team.
