Job summary

The Center for Disability Services seeks an Endpoint Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize endpoint management across the organization. You will work with IT teams to implement MEM configurations, Autopilot provisioning, and automation via PowerShell to improve device reliability and security.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in endpoint engineering, strong scripting skills, and experience with Entra ID and device security best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or related IT roles.
• Experience designing and supporting MEM/Microsoft Endpoint Manager environments.
• Experience managing Windows Autopilot deployments and modern device provisioning.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation/remediation skills.
• Experience with staged deployments, pilot testing, change management, and rollback planning.
• Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and device security best practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, maintain, and optimize MEM configuration profiles, policies, and endpoint baselines.
• Manage Windows Autopilot enrollment, deployment profiles, and ESP policies.
• Package, deploy, and maintain Win32 and MSI applications with controlled rollouts.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint management tasks.
• Monitor endpoint health and performance using standard telemetry tools.
• Collaborate with IAM and Infrastructure teams on compliance and security requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Support Service Desk by improving automation and processes.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
