Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve problems with company standard PC hardware, software, peripherals, and mobile devices for employees across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT security to prioritize vulnerability patching on endpoints.
• Provide backup for MDM system and MyQ Printing application and coordinate with managed print vendors.
• Establish company standards for end computing devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers/scanners, mobile devices).
• Onboard/Retire endpoint equipment following runbooks and ensure data security.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
