Job summary

ATC in Harrisburg, PA seeks an experienced Tech Services Support Specialist to join the team. You will be a primary contributor to endpoint support for laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, handling hardware and software issues to keep users productive and secure in an enterprise environment.

You will create PowerShell scripts for reporting and automation, provide Microsoft Teams and Office 365 support, and manage devices with SCCM, Intune, and AD Group Policies to apply updates, enforce

Qualifications

• Expert-level technical documentation for end-users and support teams.
• Expert-level Windows OS support in an enterprise environment.
• Expert-level SCCM and MDM to manage Windows, iOS, and Android end-user devices.
• Highly proficient in Active Directory and Group Policy Management.
• Experience installing and configuring apps on mobile devices in an enterprise environment.
• Highly proficient in supporting Microsoft Teams and conference room setups.
• Strong customer focus and teamwork in delivering technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide endpoint support for laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, including hardware and software issues.
• Create PowerShell scripts for reporting and automation.
• Support Microsoft Teams including video, meetings, and collaboration.
• Provide Office 365 productivity application support.
• Troubleshoot desktop/laptop/mobile device issues and incidents.
• Utilize SCCM, Intune, and AD Group Policies to keep devices updated and secure.
