Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments.
  • Manage AD groups, collections, compliance baselines, policies, and co-management configurations between SCCM and Intune.
  • Package, test, deploy, update, and retire enterprise applications using SCCM and/or Intune.
  • Troubleshoot software deployment failures and optimize deployment methods.
  • Manage monthly patch cycles using SCCM, WSUS, and Intune technologies.
  • Build and maintain task sequences and AutoPilot configurations for operating system deployment and device provisioning.
  • Enforce endpoint security baselines, compliance policies, and endpoint protection configurations.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, deployments, and reporting.

Location: Marysville, OH

Pay Range: $48.00 — $55.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)

Schedule: Full-time, contract; long-term opportunity

Work Type: 3 days onsite, 2 day remote

Position Summary

We are seeking an Endpoint Management Administrator to support the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise endpoint systems across Windows-based environments. This role focuses heavily on SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, patch management, operating system deployment (OSD), endpoint compliance, and automation within large enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting capabilities, an automation-first mindset, and hands‑on experience supporting modern endpoint management technologies, cloud integration, and enterprise device operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune environments
  • Manage AD groups, collections, compliance baselines, policies, and co‑management configurations between SCCM and Intune
  • Package, test, deploy, update, and retire enterprise applications using SCCM and/or Intune
  • Troubleshoot software deployment failures and optimize deployment methods
  • Manage monthly patch cycles using SCCM, WSUS, and Intune technologies
  • Build and maintain task sequences and AutoPilot configurations for operating system deployment and device provisioning
  • Manage gold images and driver packages to support hardware refresh initiatives
  • Enforce endpoint security baselines, compliance policies, and endpoint protection configurations
  • Assist with vulnerability remediation and audit‑related requirements
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, deployments, and reporting
  • Monitor endpoint health, deployment status, compliance metrics, and operational performance
  • Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint‑related incidents and troubleshooting
  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and reporting metrics
What You’ll Be Working On

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SCCM / MECM
  • Experience administering Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
  • Strong Windows 10/11 administration experience
  • Experience with software packaging and enterprise application deployment
  • Strong patch management experience using WSUS, SCCM, and Intune
  • Operating System Deployment (OSD) experience
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience
  • Experience automating deployments, patching, and reporting workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to translate manual processes into scalable automated solutions
  • Experience working within enterprise endpoint management environments
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Typically 3–7 years of endpoint or systems administration experience
  • Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
  • 3 years of Big 4 consulting experience preferred

  • Experience leveraging AI‑assisted tools and automation platforms
  • Experience integrating APIs, including Microsoft Graph API, for orchestration and automation
  • Experience with automated compliance enforcement and remediation
  • Autopilot and modern device provisioning experience
