Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent certification/experience.
• Experience with Windows and macOS, plus at least one scripting language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy application install packages via software distribution (Ivanti/Airwatch/SCCM/Intune).
• Manage OS deployments and imaging (Ivanti/MDT/InTune).
• Handle endpoint client management with GPO, scripting, and device tools.
• Oversee Office 365 in cloud environment and MDM of company devices.
• Provide second level support for advanced endpoint issues.
• Collaborate on hardware standards and vendor profiles.
• Participate in on-call rotation and process improvements.
