Job summary

The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN seeks an IT Endpoint Systems Engineer to design and automate endpoint lifecycles using SCCM, JAMF, and Entra/Azure ID. You will support Apple and Windows deployment and enterprise print management.

This role focuses on secure, accessible user environments, proactive monitoring, scripting, and maintaining server health across SCCM, JAMF, and Papercut, with emphasis on policy compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with SCCM, JAMF Pro, Entra ID (Azure AD), and enterprise print management.

Responsibilities

• Lead OS deployment and software packaging for Windows and Apple environments.
• Manage Entra ID/Azure AD and cloud-based identity.
• Architect enterprise print environment using Papercut MF/NG.
• Develop automation scripts to reduce manual tasks.
• Monitor endpoints and printers for proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain server health for SCCM, JAMF, and Papercut.
• Ensure endpoints comply with security policies and patching.
• Create and maintain endpoint deployment documentation.
