Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying endpoint management at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated OS deployment and software packaging using Microsoft SCCM and JAMF Pro for both Windows and Apple environments.
• Identity & Cloud Access: Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud-based identity integration within M365 ecosystem.
• Advanced Print Management: Architect and manage enterprise print environment using Papercut MF/NG.
• Apple Ecosystem Expertise: Subject matter expert for Apple hardware and macOS/iOS management with JAMF.
• Automation & Scripting: Craft PowerShell and Shell scripts to automate routine endpoint tasks.
• Proactive Monitoring: Configure monitoring for computer and printer endpoints to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Platform Server Maintenance: Maintain health and security of servers hosting SCCM, JAMF, and Papercut; perform OS patching and upgrades.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure endpoints align with security policies via patching with SCCM, Intune, and JAMF.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for endpoint configurations and deployment procedures.
