Qualifications

• Advanced endpoint device troubleshooting and configuration.
• OS deployment and system imaging (Windows, macOS).
• Experience with enterprise software deployment and management.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve intermediate hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure, deploy, and manage endpoint devices using UEM tools (Intune, JAMF, SCCM).
• Maintain accurate records of endpoint devices and lifecycles; coordinate with procurement for upgrades.
• Support mobile devices via MDM platforms and enforce security baselines.
• Monitor SLAs and provide reporting on ticket resolution times and service performance.
