Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking an IT Application Support Representative III to ensure the health and performance of the credit union's core application portfolio and thousands of daily automations. You will lead incident triage, collaborate with IT teams, and drive continuous improvements to reliability and operations.

This role requires ITIL, automation expertise, and strong collaboration with business owners.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related IT operations experience required.
• ITIL Foundation certification required.
• Certifications in OpCon, Symitar/Episys, UiPath Orchestrator or Axway preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains the core application portfolio and automated workflows.
• Leads triage and resolution of complex production incidents and outages.
• Partners with IT teams to ensure reliable production environments.
• Owns onboarding of new applications into managed services.
• Manages change, release, and capacity planning activities.
• Mentors junior staff and participates in runbook reviews.
• Supports disaster recovery and business continuity exercises.
• Acts as 24x7 on-call senior resource for production environments.
