SchoolsFirst FCU in California seeks an IT Application Support Representative III to ensure the health, stability, and performance of the core application portfolio, including thousands of automations across Symitar, OpCon, UiPath, and Axway.

The role leads incident triage, monitors environmental health, and collaborates with IT Automation Engineers and business owners to optimize the production environment. A strong ITIL background and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of prior related experience required
• ITIL Foundation required
• OpCon Operator/Administrator Certification preferred
• Symitar/Episys Operations Training preferred
• UiPath Orchestrator-related Certification preferred
• Axway Operations Training preferred

Responsibilities

• Serves as a senior contributor for the operational health, stability, and performance of the credit union's core application portfolio and ~6,000 daily automations across Symitar, OpCon, UiPath, and Axway.
• Leads triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex production incidents affecting core processing, batch jobs, and RPA workloads.
• Monitors environmental health and reports KPIs, trends, and optimization recommendations to management.
• Owns onboarding of new automations and applications into the managed services model.
• Coordinates releases, change management, and QA practices in line with ITIL principles.
• Provides on-call coverage in a 24x7 rotation and mentors junior staff.
