Job summary

PLS Logistics Services is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide technical support for the endpoint computing environment and IT operations in Pittsburgh. You will manage Windows endpoints, support Microsoft 365 technologies, respond to incidents, and help maintain security and compliance while delivering strong customer support.

The role collaborates with IT teams to resolve issues, improve efficiency, and document work in the ITSM platform.

Qualifications

• IT degree or relevant certificate is required or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and Chrome OS endpoints.
• Familiarity with Intune, Endpoint Manager, 365, Entra ID and AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 end-user support for Windows, printers, VPN, and authentication.
• Manage incidents and service requests via ITSM platform and document actions.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows endpoints with Intune/MDM.
• Monitor endpoints remotely, automate tasks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Support endpoint security, MFA, Conditional Access, and reporting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
