Job summary

Armada Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an IT Technical Analyst to provide end user support for on-site and remote users across our headquarters and warehouses in the United States. The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and endpoint protection.

The successful candidate will support printers, mobile devices, workstations, conference room A/V equipment, and assist with onboarding.

Qualifications

• Post-high school IT training or equivalent.
• Position primarily in the Pittsburgh, PA area with some travel to remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user device and product support at all levels.
• Manage/deploy/update workstations and laptops with standardized builds.
• Perform helpdesk support for supported products.
• Install and support user software per department practices.
• Assist with onboarding of new users.
• Document internal practices and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure license compliance.
• Implement security measures as prescribed by Cyber Security Team.
• Perform administrative tasks in support of Office 365.
