Job summary

PremiStar is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to provide advanced Level 2 support and infrastructure services, ensuring reliable operation of the technology environment. You will diagnose hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues, while collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and end users to maintain system availability and productivity.

The role covers enterprise desktop technologies, endpoint management, AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration, with involvement in deployments,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2–5 years of relevant IT support or infrastructure experience.
Experience in service desk, desktop support, infrastructure support, or systems administration is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 2 hardware, software, OS, mobile, printer, and peripheral issues.
Provide advanced support for Windows, Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, Outlook, and other business-critical applications.
Investigate and resolve issues escalated from first-level Service Desk personnel.
Document incidents, service requests, root causes, resolutions, and support activities in the ITSM platform.
Ensure timely follow-up and communication with end users during incident lifecycle.
Support endpoint management technologies including Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
Assist with workstation deployments, hardware refreshes, and software installations.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests in Active Directory and Entra ID.
Participate in maintenance, system upgrades, patching, and technology implementations.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Coordinate service requests, warranty repairs, equipment replacements with vendors.
Escalate issues to appropriate technical teams or vendors as needed.
Follow policies, SLAs, and maintain vendor engagements.
Build strong relationships with end users and business stakeholders.
Advise users on technology capabilities, limitations, standards, policies, and best practices.
Deliver prompt, professional support to minimize business disruptions.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and business teams to resolve issues efficiently.
