Job summary

NinjaOne, a leader in Unified IT Operations, is seeking a Product Manager to drive core endpoint management capabilities. You will define the vision, shape roadmaps, and work with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, value-driven features for admins and MSPs.

Reporting to the VP of Product Management, the role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and data-informed decision making, with ET-aligned hours and a hybrid work model in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT or technical roles (helpdesk/MSP/internal IT)
• 2+ years in PM for an RMM/Endpoint Management role
• Background in Windows/macOS/Linux administration
• Experience with endpoint management, device configuration, automation or scripting
• Experience in MSP/internal IT or infrastructure-focused roles
• Ability to understand IT end-user environments and work with engineers

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the vision for core endpoint management capabilities
• Own parts of the core platform roadmap and prioritize opportunities
• Drive direction for automations, policies, agent behavior, configuration models
• Collaborate with engineering, design, support and stakeholders from concept to delivery
• Engage with customers/ MSPs to translate insights into product improvements
• Write precise product requirements and edge cases, iterate on feedback
• Ensure platform capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne
