Job summary

Withum is seeking an IT Services Supervisor – Endpoint Management to lead the Endpoint Management team in Orlando. You will oversee the endpoint lifecycle, set standards for Windows and M365, and drive automation using PowerShell and Graph APIs.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise endpoint management, 3+ years leading technical teams, and collaboration across Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk to deliver secure, reliable endpoints.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or equivalent experience.
8+ years of enterprise endpoint management experience.
3+ years leading technical teams.
Experience supporting 2,000+ endpoints.
Experience leading enterprise technology implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the Endpoint Management team ensuring SLA attainment.
Oversee the full endpoint lifecycle: procurement, deployment, Autopilot provisioning, software delivery, patching, security, refresh, retirement.
Own endpoint standards for Windows, M365, Entra ID, mobile devices, and endpoint security.
Serve as senior escalation point for endpoint technologies and incidents.
Drive automation via PowerShell, Graph API, and modern management technologies.
Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Identity, Networking, Service Desk, and Facilities on initiatives.
Lead endpoint hardware refreshes and enterprise integrations as needed.
Maintain documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
