Job summary

WithumSmith+Brown seeks an IT Services Supervisor – Endpoint Management to lead the Endpoint Management team, driving secure, standardized endpoint services and continuous improvement. You’ll define standards for Windows, Intune, Entra ID, and security, while mentoring Analysts and delivering enterprise projects.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Identity, Networking, Service Desk and Facilities to meet strategic goals and SLA targets, supporting a 2000+ endpoint environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise endpoint management experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments of 2,000+ endpoints preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise technology implementations and operational improvements.
• Preferred certifications listed in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Leading the daily operations of the Endpoint Management team, ensuring service delivery and SLA attainment.
• Overseeing the full endpoint lifecycle including procurement, deployment, autopilot provisioning, software delivery, patching, security, refresh, and retirement.
• Owning endpoint standards for Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, mobile devices and endpoint security.
• Serving as the senior technical escalation point for endpoint technologies and complex incidents.
• Driving automation through PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and modern management technologies.
