Job summary

Withum is seeking an IT Services Supervisor – Endpoint Management to lead the endpoint program across multiple offices, including Buffalo, Tysons Corner, and Orlando. You will oversee the lifecycle from procurement to retirement, drive automation, and set standards for Intune, Entra ID, and Windows.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise endpoint management, 3+ years in leadership, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Certification preferred; travel to firm offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise endpoint management experience.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience supporting environments with 2,000+ endpoints.
• Preferred certifications: MD-102, AZ-104, Admin Expert, ITIL, Security+.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Endpoint Management team and ensure SLA attainment.
• Oversee endpoint lifecycle: procurement, deployment, Autopilot, patching, security.
• Define standards for Windows, Intune, Entra ID, and device management.
• Act as senior escalation point for endpoint technologies and incidents.
• Drive automation via PowerShell, Graph API, and modern management tools.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Identity, Networking, and Service Desk.
• Lead technology refreshes, M&A integrations, and enterprise endpoint projects.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
