Job summary

SAM is seeking an IT Endpoint Technician to join our IT team. You will focus on provisioning and de-provisioning equipment, imaging PCs, and providing frontline support across offices. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software, maintain images, and ensure devices are ready for users.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience on a help desk in a multi-office environment.
• Experience imaging, provisioning/de-provisioning, and PC hardware repair.
• Installing, patching, uninstalling, and managing applications.
• A+ certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Image and deploy computers and peripherals.
• Assist with maintaining images, Windows updates, deployments and driver updates.
• Troubleshoot computers and peripherals.
• Provide tech support via phone, remote, and onsite for computers, printers, phones, and users.
• Install and troubleshoot devices including computers, laptops, printers, plotters, tablets, and cell phones.
• Manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and usage reporting of equipment.
• Assist in managing KACE, MDM, DDS, and other asset management systems.
• Handle spare equipment inventory for quick user turnaround.
• Coordinate logistics for IT equipment via courier services.
• Help develop and maintain IT process documentation and standards.
• Support a small, energetic team; no supervisory duties.
