Job summary

You will collaborate with underwriters, review applications, manage renewals, endorsements within binding authority, and help resolve client inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum of two years of property/casualty insurance experience.
• Completion of insurance courses such as INS, AU, or CPCU desirable.
• Knowledge of company services, products, and structure desirable.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal staff and external customers.
• Commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customers with timely, accurate service requests to support retention of business.
• Collaborate with underwriters to establish target dates and address coverage limitation issues.
• Review applications for completeness and request missing information from producers.
• Handle account setup, quoting, proposals, policy issuance, and policy administration tasks.
• Document unit processes and disseminate information to the team.
• Complete reports on productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction; report results to management.
