Job summary

Livework is seeking an experienced Hardware Asset & Endpoint Management Analyst to oversee the full lifecycle of endpoint devices and technology assets, while providing Tier 2 support. You will collaborate with Help Desk, Systems Engineering, HR, Purchasing, and vendors to ensure secure, reliable technology solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of IT support, endpoint administration, or hardware asset management.
• Experience deploying, supporting, and managing Windows endpoint devices.
• Experience maintaining IT asset inventory systems and lifecycle processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint hardware lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Maintain inventory, warranty, and lifecycle documentation.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
