Lead Asset Management Analyst

We are seeking a Lead Asset management Analyst to join our team. This role combines hands‑on physical asset handling with reporting and analytics responsibilities. You will also be responsible for deskside support as needed when handling monitor/asset issues. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, self‑starter, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience in Asset Management or IT hardware lifecycle processes (deployment, returns, audits, repairs).
• Technical proficiency in:
• Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and advanced functions).
• Power BI (report creation and data visualization).
• Ability to generate and analyze reports from Dynamics and other systems.
• Familiarity with Endpoint Manager for device wiping and security compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and managers.
• Physical capability to handle hardware (lifting, moving devices as needed).
