We’re Hiring: Hardware Asset & Endpoint Management Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Hardware Asset & Endpoint Management Analyst to manage the full lifecycle of endpoint devices and technology assets across the organization while providing Tier 2 endpoint support.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong combination of endpoint administration, hardware asset management, troubleshooting, and organization. You’ll work closely with the Help Desk, Systems Engineering, Human Resources, Purchasing, and external vendors to ensure employees have secure, reliable, and standardized technology solutions.

Santa Ana, CA 92704 — On-site

Pay Range:

$30–$34 per hour, DOE

What You’ll Do:

• Manage endpoint hardware throughout its full lifecycle, including procurement, receiving, deployment, reassignment, recovery, refresh, and retirement
• Maintain accurate inventory, asset assignments, warranty information, replacement schedules, and lifecycle documentation
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Coordinate technology onboarding, employee transfers, and offboarding activities
• Administer endpoint management platforms, device policies, standard configurations, and software deployments
• Monitor endpoint compliance and support patching, encryption, antivirus, device management, and security standards
• Coordinate hardware purchasing, warranty claims, repairs, returns, vendor escalations, and refresh planning
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, hardware standards, lifecycle planning, and cost optimization
• Provide Tier 2 support for endpoint, workstation, operating system, hardware, peripheral, and device performance issues
• Support printers, scanners, docking stations, mobile devices, office moves, endpoint deployments, and technology projects
• Maintain accurate asset documentation, operational procedures, standards, and audit records
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory, deployment, compliance, and lifecycle management processes

• Technology assets are accurately tracked from procurement through retirement
• Employees receive secure, reliable, and properly configured devices when they need them
• Endpoint devices remain compliant with company security and operational standards
• Hardware inventory, warranty information, and replacement schedules remain current and accurate
• Endpoint issues are resolved efficiently with strong customer service
• Hardware standards and lifecycle processes are consistent across company locations

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in IT support, endpoint administration, or hardware asset management
• Experience deploying, supporting, and managing Windows endpoint devices
• Experience maintaining IT asset inventory systems and lifecycle processes
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills
• Experience working with endpoint management and device administration platformsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
• Experience supporting distributed or multi-site organizations
• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) or Hardware Asset Management (HAM) practices
• Familiarity with procurement, vendor management, and lifecycle planning
