Qualifications

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated incidents across hardware, software, and networks.

• Troubleshoot recurring/systemic issues and escalate to vendors as needed.
• Document technical procedures and contribute to knowledge base.
• Mentor and train junior staff to improve team skills and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support integrated systems.
