Job summary

Beyond Blue Corporation in Lexington is seeking a Manager, Business Applications to oversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of business systems that support operational needs and improve performance. You will coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance processes and user experience.

The role also leads staff, manages budgets, reports status and risks to IT leadership, and ensures incident resolution.

Essential Functions

• Manages planning, implementation, and support activities for assigned business applications.

• Coordinates with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize requests, and align solutions with business needs.

• Reviews workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement supported by system functionality.
• Prepares and communicates project status, risks, and outcomes to IT leadership and business partners.
• Manages departmental budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations to support application delivery.
• Reviews application performance metrics and implements adjustments to improve efficiency and usability.
• Ensures resolution of escalated incidents and complex issues related to business applications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
