Qualifications

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing regional field service operations across distributed sites, ensuring consistent delivery of end-user support and IT services. Provides senior leadership in aligning regional service teams with enterprise-wide standards, policies, and goals. Directly manages and supports Field Service Managers at campus and regional sites, ensuring operational consistency and service quality across all locations. Acts as a key escalation point for regional challenges, coordinating with enterprise IT leadership, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective resolution and service improvement.

Essential Functions
  • Oversees and supports Field Service Managers across multiple campuses and regions.
  • Ensures regional operations adopt enterprise field service standards, policies, and SLAs consistently.
  • Serves as escalation point for region-specific operational issues and complex incidents.
  • Collaborates with enterprise Field Service leadership to align regional initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Analyzes regional service performance metrics and implements targeted improvement initiatives.
  • Provides mentorship, coaching, and performance management for site-level managers.
  • Partners with IT leadership, vendors, and stakeholders to support service delivery and technology initiatives.
  • Leads planning and execution of large-scale regional technology deployments and projects.
  • Develops budgets, forecasts, and resource plans for regional field service operations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience Requirement

6-7 years of progressive experience and 2 years of related managerial experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part‑time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
