BBSS Beyond Blue is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to deliver Tier 1 and 2 technical support for end-user computing systems. You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, applications, and peripherals while ensuring compliance with IT standards and security policies.

Responsible for delivering Tier 1 and 2 technical support and ensuring reliable performance of end-user computing systems. Installs, configures, and maintains desktop operating systems, applications, and peripherals. Ensures compliance with IT standards, policies, and security requirements. Participates in IT projects, analyzes recurring issues, and contributes to process improvements. Coordinates with IT teams, vendors, and users to resolve incidents and support initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
Windows 10 or Microsoft 365 Certified
This position requires regular sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time; performing tasks with intermittent repetitive motion (such as typing); and occasionally standing or walking with objects weighing up to 10 pounds, as well as lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
